Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin. Unlike some other GH-stimulating compounds, it triggers GH release in preclinical models without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin levels, making it a useful tool for studying isolated GH-receptor activity.
When studied together, these two compounds show a synergistic effect in research models — CJC-1295 No DAC amplifies the GH pulse while Ipamorelin governs the timing and selectivity of release.
