Return Policy Overview
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products as described below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@reserveresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Purity Discrepancies
If you have reason to believe a product does not meet the purity specification stated on its Certificate of Analysis, you may submit an independent third-party HPLC analysis from a CLIA-accredited or ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. Submit the lab report to support@reserveresearch.com along with your order number, batch number, and date of analysis.
If the independent analysis materially diverges from our COA (defined as a purity reading more than 2 percentage points below our reported value), we will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Discrepancy claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
