Due to the nature of research-grade peptide compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or unused product.
We strongly encourage you to review all product details, including purity specifications and storage requirements, before placing your order. If you have questions about a specific compound, contact us at info@reserveresearch.com prior to purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to packaging failure or a shipping incident, we will replace the affected item at no cost to you. To initiate a damaged-item claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@reserveresearch.com
- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- Do not discard the original packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim
We will review your claim and, if approved, ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
Purity Discrepancies
If you have reason to believe a product does not meet the purity specification stated on its Certificate of Analysis, contact us with supporting documentation (such as independent HPLC results). Valid discrepancy claims will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
