Shipping Policy
Shipping Method & Carriers
All orders ship 2-day with UPS (UPS 2nd Day Air) or FedEx (FedEx 2Day). Tracking information is emailed when the package is tendered to the carrier.
Domestic Transit Times
- UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
Shipping Rates
- Standard flat rate: $10.00
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (order subtotal before discounts)
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Packaging
Orders ship in standard FedEx or UPS envelopes or boxes with no Reserve Research branding on the outside. Vials are protected inside sturdy plastic containers.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days from the last scan, contact us at support@reserveresearch.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the package; if not recovered, we will issue a replacement at no charge.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We will work with you and the carrier on a resolution but cannot guarantee replacement of packages lost after delivery confirmation.
