Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed the same day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) when placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT or on weekends will ship the next available business day.
Shipping Method & Carriers
All orders ship via FedEx 2Day. Tracking information is emailed when the package is tendered to the carrier.
Domestic Transit Times
- FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
Guaranteed 2-day delivery is available for orders shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders may also ship on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but 2-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for those shipments.
Shipping Rates
- Standard flat rate: $15.00
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Faster shipping options are available for an additional cost
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Packaging
Orders are packaged in plain corrugated boxes with no external branding. Vials are protected inside of sturdy plastic containers. Cold packs and insulated mailers may be used for temperature-sensitive products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days from the last scan, contact us at support@reserveresearch.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the package; if not recovered, we will issue a replacement at no charge.
For high-value orders ($200+), signature on delivery is required.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We will work with you and the carrier on a resolution but cannot guarantee replacement of packages lost after delivery confirmation.
