Order Processing

All orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) of payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Carriers

Reserve Research ships via standard courier services. Orders are packaged with tamper-evident seals, desiccant where appropriate, and full RUO labeling. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.

Cold-Chain Shipping

Most lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit with appropriate desiccant included. Cold-chain shipping is available upon request for temperature-sensitive compounds. Please contact us before placing your order if cold-chain handling is required.

Shipping Documentation

Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis and Research Use Only labeling. These documents are included with each order at no additional charge.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic delivery timeframes depend on the selected shipping service and destination. Estimated transit times begin after the order ships. Reserve Research is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.
